Is the Madness Ending?

First Bush acknowledges that there are constitutional limits to the Executive even in a time of war. Then the Administration manages to find a way to get the U.N. Security Council to agree on a course of action to get Iran to at least talk about being more open and controlled about its nuclear program.
Iran insists its nuclear work is peaceful and aimed at developing a new energy source.
Then they should be more than willing to accept the potential U.N. carrot of "help developing legitimate nuclear power plants and various economic benefits."

Now that the U.S. is finally acting diplomatically, this really should be a no-brainer if Iran is sincere. Ball in your court, Ahmadinejad.
